The Basics of Mindfulness Webinar
Mindfulness continues to grow in popularity because of its many benefits. In this session, participants will learn about the origins of mindfulness, the benefits and how to practice mindfulness in their busy lives. Objectives:
- Define mindfulness.
- Identify the obstacles to mindfulness.
- Explain the components of mindfulness.
- Apply the basic practices of mindfulness.
Enjoy 30 minute sessions that are posted every Tuesday morning that contain a short teaching on a mindfulness topic then a meditation session to get your day and week off to a great start. Look for new sessions every Tuesday morning at 7 AM CDT.
